HOW I WORK

  • LEAD WITH INTEGRITY

The role of a creative leader is not to have all the right solutions. It’s the responsibility of the creative leader to build a culture where ideas can be heard and valued. It’s not about a single voice but instead it’s the sum of the whole, which creates the solution.

  • STRONG COMMUNICATION

I understand how a creative team can contribute to any business. I believe inspiring and motivating my team is vital as a leader. It’s essential that each person on the team understand the “WHY” of each project and “HOW” it impacts the business or vision. Starting each project with this tactic helps keep employees creatively focused on the strategic solution.

  • BE BRAVE

We need to make wise decisions despite ambiguity. It’s always important to identify the root causes of any challenges and get beyond just treating the symptoms. By gathering data to make educational decisions, I’m able to trust my intuition and build long-term solutions.

  • BE IMPACTFUL TO THE COMPANY AND TEAM

I believe that creative teams are contributors and not just a service. Alignment with the three groups: Creative, Marketing & Retail makes an impactful TRIFECTA. It’s essential that cross-functional partners align with the “Let us focus on the goal” mentality. This collaborative style of working will create an environment to accomplish amazing things.

  • DEDICATION TO OTHERS

TThe most significant assets to the company are the people. Empower the team to drive the business and provide guidance for support. It’s also important to understand the key strengths of each team member, so they are assigned the right projects. It’s also important to understand the key strengths of each of your team members so that suitable projects are delegated to the right employees.
